Called a week ago and said that I already filed my state and federal taxes and just needed locals done. Was told that was fine and that they’d put a note on my appointment. Then I drove there, waited 15 minutes for my appointment, and was told they “can’t do that.” First of all, they did it last year without an issue. Second, I am irritated that the employees here apparently are both unaware of their own rules and also don’t bother to look at their appointments ahead of time so that they could have called me and cancelled it... read more
