We've always used H&R block and never had a problem until this year when we went to the Pulaski VA office, our refund was put on hold and we called the IRS they said they were missing info that was supposed to be on our return, that we had to turn in our selves , they were missing info on our state and federal refund, they won't return calls , they refused to schedule an in person appointment for an amended return, and instead scheduled a phone appointment, my guess is they know they messed up , and don't want us in the offi... read more
