Useless. I would avoid this place at all costs. Last week, I attempted to book an appointment online - this part worked. I was scheduled for 5:00PM in person, but I couldn't make it so used the online tool to change it to virtual (a feature that is available in their booking system). There was no update/confirmation via email with any dial in number or link, so I called the office.
