Condescending receptionist
I had A 9:00 am appointment. Gary started doing my taxes and somebody else’s name was coming up under my social security number! He said my stuff got merged with somebody else’s since there were two appoinfor 9:00! This is crazy! They said it’s been escalated for two weeks now I keep hearing the same thing! Steer clear. Last year we had our taxes prepared and they deposited our refund in the wrong account. Not our account to be exact. We confirmed our account number and company…they deposited our money into a different bank than our own. Refused to correct the issue or refund us for their services. We got the run around that we were now in charge of contacting the bank and government to fix their mistake. Neither would allow us as we didn’t file the taxes or return. Continual runaround.
