The location tells you one thing and dosen't answer phone then support tells you a whole different process so its like a big game running you in circles and when the appointment set for them to call to tell you about your taxes nope don't call and it feels like a big scam
If your expecting to walk in with a box of documented transactions for the year and walk out smiling you'll be so excited to learn that you have to carry your box back out go home and do it yourself. If you just have one w-2, own nothing, sell nothing, trade nothing and are ok with not reporting total taxes paid (including sales tax on consumable items i.e. gas, liquids, etc.) then you will be so happy when I tell you this place is perfect for you and your hard earned money.
If I could give negative stars I would. First off they charged $600 to do my husbands taxes, which they messed up so he didn't even get a refund for two states that he worked in, then they entered the wrong account number so the little taxes he was going to get back got sent to someone else's account. When I called to get help they gave me the run around giving me phone numbers to several other people that didn't help at all.
