Amazing tax professional's in this office. They went out of their way to ensure I was a satisfied client
Fast and easy, worth the little extra cost not to have to deal with it.
Very poor experience. Do not go here for your taxes or for emerald card support. The lady at the front desk, dressed inappropriately, refused to help me or communicate with me because she "didn't know anything" She then hid in the back of the store instead of calling her manager or getting someone to help or assist me. I've always went to the building in traverse and they are lovely and I thought I could trust this building because of the hnr block name but I was wrong. This place is nowhere near the quality
