My late father worked with Julie Still over the past few years, helping him navigate retirement income, figuring out complicated healthcare deductions, and sorting out rental property expenses. We have been trying to get our 2020 taxes filed for 3 years now and have gone in circles with the office, customer support, and different managers. We were supposed to receive $2,500 back in refunds and are now past the 3 year mark and no longer able to receive this refund.
