My wife and I are both military and have used H&R Block in both Washington St and California before this year. This office is not representing the reputation of what we know H&R Block to be. Checked in for a 10 AM appointment and no one greeted us or acknowledged us at all. We sat for 45 minutes assuming they were busy with other clients.
