Staff were very polite and friendly. Very knowledgeable of my situation and gave great advice and help with current tax situation and how to make changes moving forward. Yes the price can seem high when compared to self service applications, but you’re paying for year of experience and knowledge that you don’t get from an application that auto generates your taxes.
Malena was absolutely amazing to work with. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled correctly while keeping our taxes as reasonable as possible. Her knowledge, attention to detail, and willingness to take the time to explain things made the entire process stress-free. I truly appreciate her dedication and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and thorough!

I started off using H&R Block when I was younger and paid ridiculously high fees to get my return e-filed and “ instant” loan. However, the banks would never cash their check without holding it for a week or more. so as I got older, I moved to TurboTax and saved so much money and fees and always got my return quicker then H&R Block. I just TurboTax for years and was very satisfied.
