I’ve never felt the need to write a review but please do your research. The individuals here will not classify things correctly. I don’t believe it’s intentional, they are only doing what they’ve been taught. You will notice they’re unsure to begin with as soon as you start to question things. Find a source that actually goes through a long enough course to prepare your taxes correctly to get you the most benefit. Staff were very polite and friendly. Very knowledgeable of my situation and gave great advice and help with current tax situation and how to make changes moving forward. Yes the price can seem high when compared to self service applications, but you’re paying for year of experience and knowledge that you don’t get from an application that auto generates your taxes.
Malena was absolutely amazing to work with. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled correctly while keeping our taxes as reasonable as possible. Her knowledge, attention to detail, and willingness to take the time to explain things made the entire process stress-free. I truly appreciate her dedication and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and thorough!
$600.00 TO DO MY TAXES AND MY REFUND BACK ISNT EVEN ALOT!!! THIS WAS A RIP OFF AND I WILL NEVER EVER GOTO HR BLOCK AGAIN
