Came into H&R Block today to get my taxes done and had an AMAZING experience with Jose! He was incredibly knowledgeable, super informative, and so kind throughout the entire process. I’m beyond happy with my tax return. If you need your taxes done, I highly recommend asking for Jose — he’s the best!
Never trust these people. They mishandled our taxes and cost my family thousands of dollars. They never made it right. Absolutely awful.

I cannot say enough good things about the young lady. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Super eager to help. She absolutely goes above and beyond. I've always used an online tax service but these last two years I've had to run to her for help n advice. Simple for her, incomprehensible for me. She's assisted me without charging me for her help. Next year I'm going to save myself the headaches and just go to her.
