Jennifer Ward at Poteau HR Block is amazing!!! She carefully listens to all finances and helps me… she is very patient as last year I went to her with receipts in a Walmart bag as we have a farm… I tried to do a little better this year lol. She does everything she can to help you not only profit on your return but helps explain what you can do for the next year!!!! I love her

The office manager Jennifer ward, at the poteau OK location was extremely nice as well as extremely helpful. Not only was she able to help me be able afford Christmas for my family but she stayed at work when she could have ignored the phone since the office was technically closed but no she instead answered my phone call and helped me, I'm grateful there's still good people in the world
Did pretty good job on my taxes but ask for payment plan on my IRS taxes that are due and it was not put in
