I have requested a supervisor contact me regarding and have yet to receive a call, of course. Anna Chavira did 3 years of taxes for me and charged me over a thousand dollars. No problem, EXCEPT 2 of the years have bounced back as being filed incorrectly and one of the years she never even filed. Do not go to Jesus Noemi Marin, she’s a scam and I’m reporter her because her license is expired but she’s in the office acting like she can do peoples taxes but needs to fix her license. She took all my personal information and then said she couldn’t finish the process because her license is expired. BE VERY CAREFUL with her. Now she has all my info and I’m not sure what she will do with it.
Horrible experience, will not be getting my taxes done here. First of all she got my name spelled wrong, made multiple wrong entries that I had to correct. A simple conversion from Canadian $ to US $ was wrong, Lack of knowledge, I can go on. Very unprofessional behaviour from the other female employee, on her phone talking loudly about her personal vacation- while at work. No privacy in this place, everybody can hear each other.
