never get your taxes done here. spent two hours in here with a tax lady who did not know how to do a 1099, just for her to file it wrong and put me on a ridiculous payment plan. oh and charged me $400 for it. then when i kept calling begging them to fix it no one would get back with me, so i went in. sat down with a different lady who claimed to have refiled and changed my payment plan only for it to not have been changed at all and now $500 was taken from my account. i hate this h&r block with everything in me, please pleas... read more
