H&R Block is just overpriced for what gets done. We need the EZ file option back.
When I entered H&R Block's office for an appt. with Linda Gardner with whom I had worked for 4 years, I felt under-prepared just like a student who didn't do her homework. Linda looked at my papers and said, "Barbara, you have everything here!" She scanned in my papers. Within 45 minutes, Linda calculated my refund. I left smiling because as she worked with me, I felt confident that Linda knew what she was doing: I could trust her and H&R Block!
I feel at ease every time. I have to do my taxes. Angela Fisher has been like a good friend to me these last couple of years. I enjoy her knowledge and professionalism.
