Stuck with a $600 tax bill after an audit because Korinne said something was deductible when it wasn’t and didn’t upsell the “peace of mind” option. Didn’t even mention it. The entire point behind paying someone to do your taxes is so you know they’re done correctly. Now we get to pay $600 to the state after paying her hundreds to file the taxes for us. Trying Jackson Hewitt next year. Maybe they hire people who know what they’re doing.
If I could rate this with 0 stars I would. Save your money and your time. They failed to do their job correctly and nobody responds to phone messages or emails to rectify the mistakes. I have filed a complaint with H and R Block, we’ll see how this pans out.
