I had a phone appointment with a tax preparer for “piece of mind”. To go over my taxes for 2 years. H&R Block messed my taxes up. The tax preparer messaged me and told me she doesn’t do that at I have to go back to my original tax preparer who is in another state. WOW!! **Edited update** The automated reply is usless. I spent my entire moring yeterday on the phone with the 800 number. That is the number for assistance with software and support for the website.
