The woman who says she is the manager is the most rude and insufferable person I have ever encountered at a business. Her demeanor was dripping in condescension and I plan to call my tax rep to pick my documents back up because it was so offputting that I cannot work with them going forward. I feel humiliated and upset upon leaving.
Peter Soman at H&R was great at fixing a problem with our taxes. His knowledge of Federal and State forms (what applies and what doesn't), property real estate, escrow deductions, and cross checking with all possible expenses to lower our taxes was truly amazing to watch. He explained every aspect of our taxes and even helped us with downloading the H&R app. Having someone with that knowledge gave us confidence and peace of mind.
