Place is garbage. They are like everyone else who just passes the buck to someone else and fixes nothing.
Made an appointment. Got an email that said confirmed and they told me they tired to reach me to confirm my appointment so I came over there for nothing . Lady was rude and obviously could not handle her job she was very frantic.
The worst experience possible. I don't have enough space to describe the tax hell I experienced with H&R Block in Hilo, but here is a list. 1. Horrible communication 2. Uncaring workers 3. Unprofessional advice, costing me lots of money 4. Delay Delay Delay with no return calls 5. They misrepresented information to me 6. No apology, no recognition of the inconvenience or loss of money.
