I really hate that I have to change my five-star review however this year my experience was absolutely terrible first and foremost let me start by saying after reviewing an agreeing to my taxes I couldn't help but to double-check, turns out I could have done better for myself . A few years ago, I left an excellent review. That was when it was a franchise owned by Jim Kimball. Jim retired and this office is now a corporate office. This year, I called to schedule an appointment and was left on hold for 16 minutes while they tried to find my info from before. I finally hung up and tried to call back. I only got a recording. I have used this office for many years and never been treated so unprofessionally. Will not return. They have lost my business.
