I definitely recommend them for your taxes and I have been using them for over 6 years but last year I had very frustrating situation with them because i had bought and sold crypto currency from different platforms but they were not able to do my taxes and staff seem like they didn't have enough knowledge when it came to crypto currency. So if you have crypto I wouldn't recommend them. I ended up filling my self and it was so easy makes me think they didn't know how to file crypto and didn't know crypto tax laws.
Good atmosphere and nice friendly customer service,and taxes done in a timely manner, you will feel glad you took the time to get them done,no regrets,you will leave 😁.
Do not use this location!!!! Dropped off my taxes and when I called back a few days later they hadn't even pulled my documents to start, and treated me like I was in the wrong. Then they messed up my daughter’s taxes where she is having issues signing her documents. The older woman who works the front desk is extremely rude when calling. My daughter called to get clarification and assistance and this woman was soooo rude to her.
