First they lost some of my original documents, with important information on them like social sec#, name address phone number, etc., and then they filed our taxes with notations of "deceased" and "Filing as surviving Spouse" , all of which is not true, so now filing 2024 taxes electronically has come back as rejected ! Now waiting for callback from Soc. Security to try to straighten this out. Worthless waste of time, better to spend a little more money, and get professional service.
Noon appointment and 35 minutes later..still waiting.
