If I could leave negative stars, I would leave the Max!!!! Do NOT use them!!! I filed my taxes at the first of Feb with what should have been a simple tax return claiming my 3 kids. They “forgot” to add 2 of my kids even though I gave them all of the information. I told them of their mistake and they “amended” the return…. It is almost May now and I STILL can’t a straight answer on when I can expect it. I should have had it by Feb 13th and it is now April 24th…. Oh, and they charged me over $400 to screw everything up.
