Scheduled an appointment 3 weeks in advance, changed it to virtual 2 weeks in advance because I had moved and H&R's system has no option to change locations, Confirm appointment 2 days in advance. Get ghosted by Paige anyways the day of. With how much they charge I expect better than to get that much time wasted. Unprofessional. EDIT: The call back appointment I was offered was ALSO stood up. Absolutely incredible. Lowered to 1star.
