I am honestly not the type of person to leave negative reviews, but this experience made me extremely uncomfortable and disappointed. My mother initially went into the office regarding a time-sensitive IRS notice and spoke with Candy Mann. She was told to drop off the documents and that the issue would be handled by the end of the week. Very professional and friendly, had me in and out in no time. Thank you great job.
Showed up for my appt at 10am. 1130 comes by and they tell me to come back at 130 which I do. I ask for my paperwork back and was told no. I waited till 230 and left. Horrid experience do not go. Edit- they got done. Upped to 3 stars.
