Everything was going great at first then it went downhill. The fees were supposed to come out of my refund but then I paid with my card instead and was assured that it wouldn't come out of my refund but it did. I contacted them but they kept giving me the runaround saying they were working on giving me my money back. Then I got ghosted, I kept calling and messaging and no one ever got back to me. NEVER AGAIN!
This location is an absolute clown show. I have been trying to make an appointment for a month now, (I have a very tight schedule and only certain days work for me at this specific location). I will make an appointment online on the available day & time that works for me, & get a confirmation text and everything. Only for them to completely change the date, time, AND LOCATION on me through a email. This is 3 times now. Got my taxes done, gave them my card to pay for it, they somehow didn't charge the card and now they're bugging me for payment, when it should have already been paid. By their own ineptitude, I now have waste my time and gas to go back there to pay. That was a stupid mistake, one that supposed financial professionals should never have made. I will not be returning here next year.
Jill was phenomenal. Tax season is always nerve wreaking and her knowledge and Expertise made is 100% less dreadful.
