Mr. Bao was the tax professional who started my return up until it was time to go over fees and signatures. He said he would be charging $260 then tried negotiating a lower price after I told him I was no longer interested in filing with him anymore because that seemed very high for my simple tax situation. Did my taxes improperly and overall was a headache, someone else more experienced did end up fixing the issue (after various messages that went unanswered) but for the amount they charge not the experience I expected. I was told I would get a refund, but they only refunded me 1/3 the total amount paid for my filing. Overall, I would recommend going elsewhere to have your taxes handled.
