Mr. Bao was the tax professional who started my return up until it was time to go over fees and signatures. He said he would be charging $260 then tried negotiating a lower price after I told him I was no longer interested in filing with him anymore because that seemed very high for my simple tax situation. My return was a simple return, no dependents, w-2 worker. There is no reason I should be paying $260.
