1. Completely screwed up my taxes. They filed me as a sole proprietor when I own an LLC. 2. Told me I had to cut a check to pay in, but they took it from my bank account too. These are VERY simple things to understand and not get wrong. 0/5 for lack of communication and desire to listen to their clients.

Amy worked with me and she was great! I understood everything she was putting down completely.
I scheduled an appointment and H &r block’s automated system told me that my appointment was rescheduled for 3pm instead of 9am the same day. I called the representative and asked them why they rescheduled it and they asked me if I received any calls from H&R Block. I told him no, and they confirmed with me that my current appointment is at 3 PM. It's really sad to see how everyone loved Angel, but she refused to work with me. The two women were definitely racist neither wanted to assist me 2 hours before close, they bickered back and forth from the moment I walked in until I left. Unable to update my personal information. Then Angel told the other women to send me to Apple Valley because 'I'm not dealing with her' very unprofessional, and I will return when another member is available for assistance.
