New to the area and I always have been happy with H&R Block in the past but had a terrible experience here with the preparer, Lisa. Her behavior was strange and erratic , and she constantly babbled on not seeming to know what she was doing Most of the time. Out of all the years that I’ve had to file my taxes, this is the only year I’ve ever felt this comfortable and was so knowledgeable of what’s actually going on with my taxes. Noah at the Phillipsburg site definitely changed my whole outlook on Taxes. I left with my taxes done properly and I was educated on how to File for the following year.
