They'll inform or ask you something 2 weeks later, instead of addressing it while you were there or in their first voicemail to you. You'd think they'd care more how their fee is getting paid. Communication sucks, nvr going back.
Extremely pissed off!! Failed to enter correct info for total household resources... So now my refund has been denied and I'm being audited and looking at upwards of 6 months or more to possibly get my refund
