UPDATED REVIEW SEPTEMBER 2025: This location did go out of business. So there is some justice in the world. I hope the former employees actually learn good service or go into a different business in which they actually put forth effort. Original Review (COVID year yay): Calling H&R Block the phone system will just hang up on you "due to extremely high call volume". Calling IRS is the same thing. I feel as if I'm going insane. This location was amazing! I walked in and had the fortunate chance to catch Luke before he was leaving for work! I had some questions about taxes and even though it was the end of the day, he chose to stay and help me out. He was patient, explained everything so clearly and made sure I understood it. Luke is amazing and you will learn so much from him!!!
