This location was amazing! I walked in and had the fortunate chance to catch Luke before he was leaving for work! I had some questions about taxes and even though it was the end of the day, he chose to stay and help me out. He was patient, explained everything so clearly and made sure I understood it. Luke is amazing and you will learn so much from him!!!
We went to get our simple taxes done. Since we just got married, we wanted help to do it the right way. We ended up going 3 different times and never having our taxes done. It ate up huge chunks of personal time and work time for nothing. In addition, they were not actually able to do the taxes. They continued to make another appointment and would say they needed to do research. They also ignored us at the front desk every time.
