Wish I would have never stepped foot in here. Filed my taxes incorrectly and refused to fix the issue even when they agreed it was wrong.
We were told we would receive $2,000 fed refund. After a month the IRS sent a statement saying there had been a mistake made by the preparer Sandy, and we would be getting $400. Very disappointed that it can happen. I was told we should have taken insurance to ensure it was done accurately. Never heard of such craziness.
Tax preparer Stephanie was no help at for them to be professionals it didn’t seem like it to me! One person took 4 hours (Hannah) while Stephanie didn’t want to Offer me help because they where trying to charge me 700$ to file my taxes I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING INTO THIS PLACE THEIR EXPENSIVE AND VERY PETTY IF YOU DONT DECIDE TO FILE WITH THEM.
Find another location. We set an appointment for 11am, arrived at 1050 to check in and was told at 1130 that it would be 5 more minutes. Waste of my time.
Terri at the front desk was very helpful with mine and my partners taxes today and made the process very simple and easy
