I had an absolutely horrible experience here and wish I could give it a 0 star review. For starters they double booked my appointment and I willing gave up my appointment because I understand mistakes happen. But I had to constantly call to know the status of my taxes and didn’t even know who was doing it for me. They then proceeded to tell me they were doing to charge me 400 dollars when they specifically told me it would be 100 (for reference I’m your typical 23 year old when it comes to my taxes so I know mine should not ... read more
