I have used h and r block since I was 15 i have never had so many issues with my taxes until this year. I won't use them again. My money was suppose to be direct deposited and now they are mailing checks instead and charged another 84 dollars. All they want is your money. They screwed my mother over on hers also.
Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Really helped a lot.
We had a wonderful experience with our tax analyst and I will file with H&R block next year as well.
