Truly abysmal service. Called 3 times and left three different voicemails over a period of two weeks. Apparently they're only open one day a week? When I finally got a hold of someone they said I'd be contacted that day. Called back later that day and was assured I'd be contacted the next day (when they were closed). Didn't have high hopes and here we are 2 days later with no call back. It's fine, I'll pay someone else to do my taxes. Avoid, you are wasting your time.
The initial interaction was positive, but my state income tax never arrived. I spent over an hour on the irs tax line to no avail. This is a service I paid for. Do not use their services- its 's a total freaking joke. Never again. I'm really pissed. My tax guy was Tim Thupten- don't use him-ever.
I have always had a great experience with their office in Lafayette CO. My preparer asks all, the right questions to get me every deduction allowed. Their online filing is user friendly and saves time
H&R Block have knowledgeable agents that will find all the refunds.
Couple of years now the pretentious employees there tell us "we are fully booked" even tho we came in way early. Guess we are not good enough to get our taxes there.
