Updated from 1 star to 5 star after Paula Ryan followed up with me via voice mail and MyBlock messaging. She apologized for the issue with my original appointment and helped me file my amendment. She knows her stuff and reassured me that I would have everything squared away and avoid penalties. Excellent tax filing experience!
I decided to have H and R block do my taxes this year as my friend didnt have time. I made an appointment. I received an email to download my documents (I only had a w-2) I received 2 other e-mails basically to confirm my appointment. I received a phone call the day prior once again to confirm. I showed up appx. 10 minutes early because I was a bit crunched for time. I waited 40 minutes in their lobby and decided to leave.
