Left this Kim W my tax info to amend one box and it’s been like a week. I could have done it by now. I’m calling to just say that and I can’t find anyone, I get zero communication. I’ll need to pick up my forms, which I have copies of but this is leaving me with little trust.

350 dollar charge for my tax expert to literally be using AI, asking questions on how to properly do my taxes on multiple occasions during the appointment. If im paying that much money I expect my tax expert to know how to do their job, not literally using AI. Thats absolutely ridiculous
