My husband & I went in this past weekend as a walk in. Instead of helping us, we were turned away and told to call on Monday to make an appointment. My husband is a truck driver & I travel with him- we had to be back on the road on Monday so there was no way to call and make an appointment. Kimberly Wheeler helped my husband and I file our taxes for 2024 and she was absolutely great and helpful.
I have been filling my taxes with this company for four years. But this year I encountered a terrible agent. His name is Mark. I had 2 pm appointment. My wife went he rushed her out without finishing my taxes . He said he will do it later we can just sign it. He never did. I confronted him . He deleted my documents and never did my taxes. He is a terrible person and he doesn’t like people with color. I will call corporate for him . He is terrible. Bad man very arrogant. Shame on you BS
