I truly cannot say enough great things about my virtual experience with H&R Block, and especially about Karen Barkley. With a busy schedule, I rely on virtual services whenever I can. Karen at the Thomasville, AL location is professional, knowledgeable, informative, and caring!! I've gone to other H&R Block locations in the state I live in and was not impressed. Sadly, I ended up leaving H&R Block and went elsewhere but I'm grateful for Karen!! She convinced me to come back and 10 years later, I am still satisfied customer!! I get my taxes done every year here now and it's always super easy. Everyone in the office is super friendly and professional, and every year they make filing easy. Will be returning next year as well!
