They were very kind, professional and thorough. I had a difficult situation and they did everything they could to make sure I got the best return possible. They know what they are doing! Highly recommend!
What a dumpster fire of an office! They messed up my dependents and when I tried to get them to fix it, they wanted even more money! It's already highway robbery. Then when I said to cancel the whole thing, cause I'll just do it myself, the manager got pissed and hung up. Now I see that the taxes were still filed, even though I told them not too, and on top of that, they have removed my dependent. Now I owe even more! Was this a form of retaliation?? Oh, and I still haven't had the whole of the exorbitant fees returned to me... read more
