Edit: I just left H&R a few minutes ago and again I have to brag about Kellie Hall. She explains what we're getting back in a refund or a payment to the state. She's friendly and quick... we wouldn't go anywhere else but to Kellie at H&R. 3/13/2025 I've gone to H&R for years now and Kellie Hall has done them for many of them, she treats us like we're family, she is so awesome !!
H&R Block is a complete disaster. Their "tax experts" are utterly incompetent, rushing through returns with no attention to detail and making mistakes that cost me thousands in penalties. They charge you ridiculous fees for absolutely no value—expect to be hit with charges for everything under the sun, no matter how simple your return is. Their customer service is a joke—unhelpful, rude, and impossible to reach. When they messed up my taxes, they refused to take any responsibility and left me to deal with the fallout.
