Terrible experience. They Didn’t file my taxes properly. Got letters from the irs and took over 3 weeks to get help resolving concern after talking to several employees that said they would resolve the concern but never did. Then got charged interest by irs. Also paid the extra $ for help if I got letters from the irs. Recommend going anywhere else.
