Worst experience I’ve ever had with any company, Rebecca Jones has messed my return up and sent it to a different account. I’ve been waiting almost a month for it to get traced and they have not communicated with me at all about anything or what is going on. I’m sitting here missing my $800 while the $140 I had to pay to get my taxes done is sitting with them, this place is an absolute joke, and this has been a terrible experience to say the least.
