Terrible service here have been doing my taxes for 21 years with H&R and they couldn't even find me in their system. Don't feel comfortable with them doing our taxes. Going back to seagoville location
I did my taxes online going to 1 week already and who ever was assign to double check my return ( WILBUR RASHEED ) HAS NOT SUBMITTED MY TAXES TO THE IRS!!!! I have filed a complain already. Ya'll will be receiving a call from the headquarters.
BEWARE!...THEY NEVER SUBMITTED MY TAX RETURN! They had one job... Not to mention they are so very unprofessional! Their carelessness has caused so many problems in my life trying to fix it! And the customer service for H&R Block is a huge joke as well! They honestly don't care. I HATE H&R BLOCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I plan on telling everybody how awful they are!
