not understanding how i paid $155 for my taxes to be done, had one sheet of w2’s and then a settlement form. Jen rogers did mine, it’s her first year and she did well, but for my return to be the same as it was last year; and i actually made a lot more this year is kinda crazy. and $155 for one w2 and a settlement form? it’s pretty steep. she’s very nice, but that’s crazy, will be going else where or doing it myself next year.
I have had the same issue every year I drop off my taxes and when I call back days later asking about them im told they will get back with and they never do. I have called 3 times now in 4 days and not once have i got a call back. I dropped them off Friday to get done was told monday when I called that she was working on them and almost done and it 7pm on Wednesday and they are not done with them and without anyone calling me back to let me know what's going on. Horrible customer service. Find another place.
