Had some issues initially, but they were quick to resolve issues.
Jen Roger helped me out and did an awesome job. Give her a raise!!!! I came in with my fiance without an appointment and she helped anyways!

not understanding how i paid $155 for my taxes to be done, had one sheet of w2’s and then a settlement form. Jen rogers did mine, it’s her first year and she did well, but for my return to be the same as it was last year; and i actually made a lot more this year is kinda crazy. and $155 for one w2 and a settlement form? it’s pretty steep. she’s very nice, but that’s crazy, will be going else where or doing it myself next year.
