Wendy was wonderful
Wendy is rude and unprofessional. for starters she wasn’t the person helping me the only reason she chimed in is because the lady that was helping me needed her advice and help. second, the lady that was helping me although she tried her best to help me she had to reschedule me with someone with more experience. I had a frustrating experience during my tax appointment and won’t be returning to this preparer (Katherine, also known as Kathy E.). I came in organized and ready to provide what was needed. At one point, I was unclear on what was being asked and did my best to clarify, noting that the information should already be reflected in my P&L. At that point, she raised her voice and spoke to me in a way that felt out of line, which made the interaction uncomfortable.
