This is the worse place to do your taxes with they basically turned my card off and won’t give me my money for something that doesn’t have none to do with me I’m about sue the shit out of this company then they closed on purpose trying take my money
I have tried to make an appointment online only to first have my appointment changed to not only a different date but to a totally different location. I called and left a message in regards to that, never got a call back. So I went online to make a other appointment, made an appointment for 3, just to have no one be there and told to make another appointment. People shouldn't make it this hard for them to take your money and complete your taxes.
