I had a wonderful tax expert, Ms. Karen Bell who helped me navigate one of the most complicated tax situations I have faced. She was kind, professional, and made the experience a positive one. I cannot recommend her highly enough
My tax consultant Pam was cold, unprofessional and spoke too loudly when it came to my taxes and business. She even made time in the middle of working with me to call across her manager to complain about the front desk clerk. I’m seeing all these 5 star reviews given to her but that’s not the service I received, I’ll definitely be going to another branch the next time I have to do my taxes.
Very helpful every year I continue giving them my $ and time. I just don't like that they charge way to much $ to file but that's not their fault at all. So I will continue going there. The ladies are very nice and explains everything to you. Thx!
