This was one of the best H&R Block experiences we have had. Receptionists were genuinely kind and welcoming. Susan was a fantastic tax pro, and answered all of our questions. If she didn’t know the answer, she made sure to research it and follow up. We had a very complicated tax return to multiple reasons, including moving states, real estate, etc. and she was very professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. Great experience, and a great comfort to know our taxes were handled correctly.

We don't want H&R Block to give us a phone number to call them. Nothing more they can do for us. We didn't pay for the extra protection they offered for mistakes. I just know we can't go back. We don't want a third time to happen to us.

My experience with H&R Block was excellent. The online booking system was easy and it took only a few minutes to schedule my appointment. The web page provides a list of documents to bring to the appointment. When I arrived, my tax person was ready on time. My rep entered my tax information into their system. She asked appropriate questions and answered my questions with clear and concise answers. It was easy to complete my taxes and have them electronically submitted.
