The Lawrenceburg location charged $440.00 to file my taxes. I received a $25 coupon at my request. I spoke with Sara on a follow up call. She only offered a discount if I file with them next year. It is clear this branch does not care about the exorbitant cost to the people of this community. They do not inform you of the fee in advance. I truly believe they do not care. I hope this review will help others avoid this cost.
I got ripped off by them again. Two years in a row they overcharged me and then they filed my taxes wrong. I'm so done
