The single worst experience I've had with a "tax professional" . I have used H&R block in the past, in Marathon, great job. But I needed an issue addressed quickly so I made an appointment in Key Largo. I confirmed the appointment the day prior and drove from Marathon to Key Largo only to find the office closed. Been going to H&R block for several years. I will not go back to this one (Key Largo). Went in on a Friday and was told to expect a response the following Monday. I didn't hear back so I emailed and texted for a month and no response to that either. I went back to the office in person and the one I was looking for was not there that day. I was told again to expect a response within a day or two. Another 2 weeks go by and I get a call stating they can't help. They don't deserve 1 star. It’s been ANOTHER 2 week’s now & they still have not responded about fixing that they LOST our taxes & still have NEVER filed them for us or covered all these delinquent fees! They said they could handle our Business taxes & personal taxes. We had everything to them business by 10 Feb & personal by 10 March 2024. They filed an extension for business and did get it done with out issues, However they totally forgot they said and misplaced/lost our personal 2023 taxes to be filed!
