Did my taxes here in January and have yet to get my return in August l. I called and they won’t do anything further. I’m extremely disappointed in my investment with these people. I will be going to elsewhere to have my taxes done for now on. Complete unsatisfied. Update after calling multiple agency’s I’ve found out that they have filed my taxes incorrectly and now my accounts on hold
