I walked in and they were not busy. Carol is the lady at the front desk who started helping me. Then the phone rang and she put me aside to handle the person on the phone. Very unprofessional. Wasting my time. Thanks
I can't recommend Mel Martinez enough! She was so incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgable. She went above and beyond in explaining to us everything and even suggested ways on how we can be more prepared for next year's tax season. We are truly grateful for her help.
