Professional pleasant staff. Reasonable price. Expect to wait a little longer if you book your appointment online, because the Website only allows 15 minutes which is impossible for anyone to complete a return in that little amount of time..
Took over 3 hours for initial visit, I had to return to sign as they worked on the taxes after I left. Income and deductions were not complicated. I provided all forms 1099R, SS, and 3 1099’s. I only had medical and 3 charities for deductions. I signed up for fraud alerts but preparer failed to set me up with an account. I was unable to review an alert I received. I will not be going back.
