I have been doing business with H&R Block for many years. 2024 taxes were done incorrectly I found the error they amended them but they refuse to pay the complete IRS penalty that I'm receiving based on I did not buy their piece of mind insurance. The error was totally theirs I am communicating with the IRS and With Better Business Bureau connected to this and I will never allow them to prepare my taxes again and neither should you
