Maria did my taxes. She messed up and told me I'd be getting a refund from the county. Submitted my taxes, and much to my surprise, county tells me I actually owe them. Now, I had gotten the premium package, so I reached out to the office, and Nancy got involved. Nancy double-checked Maria's work, agreed with her, and submitted a claim to the county.
