My tax advisor was amazing, she helped me with my tax returns -my first tax return- Darcy DeGoey is an amazing person and I would recommend her to anyone
Will never use them again. Our preparer didn't complete our taxes in a timely manor, so we had to pay an extension. 9 weeks later, the IRS states they never received our taxes, after we approved them. Do not think the staff here know what they are doing. Terrible!
So I got two calls from Shannon saying that I owed them money from my 2021 taxes, I have not once ever done taxes with H&R Block so I called. The gentlemen I spoke with did find out that I did indeed not owe any money to them but he was not nice in any way. Just talked over me the whole time and when I was trying to explain what Shannon had told me he talked the entire time and than just “okay we’ll have a nice day” and tried hanging up.
